Smart bullet BiMetallic cases are engineered to meet and surpass the demands of the most discerning long-range shooters. We created them because we couldn't find commercially available cases on the market that offered the necessary consistency in dimensional tolerances, durability, and service life. As a result, we were compelled to develop our own cases—designed by shooters for shooters—without compromising on quality in any way.

 

Key factors in our BiMetallic cartridge case design that contribute to extreme accuracy:

 

Hardened and Tempered Stainless Tool Steel Base: The case's base is crafted from hardened and tempered stainless tool steel, which effectively prevents deformation even under extreme chamber pressures. This ensures that the primer pocket dimensions remain consistent from shot to shot.

Case Body and Neck: The body and neck of the case are made from a specially selected bronze alloy designed to withstand extreme pressures and alternating loads. Prior to machining, the bronze undergoes a mandatory heat treatment process to achieve the optimal balance of hardness, elasticity, and ductility.

Manufacturing Process: Our cases are manufactured using only traditional CNC turning and milling operations, without any plastic deformation techniques like deep drawing or stamping. This approach ensures that the material's mechanical properties remain unchanged during machining, preserving the exact characteristics we desire. In contrast, the standard process often involves stamping, which can deform the material's crystal lattice and degrade the final product's properties.

Precision Manufacturing: Due to our manufacturing process, the case features walls with zero-tolerance concentricity, which is particularly crucial for the case's neck and mouth. The case mouth is machined with a smooth 15-degree chamber on the inside and a 45-degree chamber on the outside, primer pocket is also smooth chambered from inside and outside. Every case undergoes multiple measurements throughout the manufacturing process to ensure it meets the highest tolerance standards.

Customization: Everything is customizable. Thanks to our flexible manufacturing process, we can produce any type of case, including experimental designs, wildcats, or cases based on actual chamber measurements. Additionally, we recommend using our special reloading dies, which can be manufactured alongside the cases to ensure the best possible reloading experience.

Durability and Longevity: Our BiMetallic cases are engineered to withstand high pressures and offer a long service life. When operated within the maximum allowable pressure limits and properly maintained, each case can deliver over 20 shots without any degradation in accuracy.
