1. Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions shall apply to the legal relationship between the customers of Smart Bullet Online Store (hereinafter the "Customer") and OÜ Smart Bullet, the owner of the website www.smartbullet.ee (hereinafter "Smart Bullet"), regarding the purchase of Products (hereinafter "Products").

 

All Smart Bullet Products are sold for lawful purposes only, such as licensed hunting and long-range shooting sports. All Smart Bullet Products can only be ordered by persons aged 18 and above, who hold a valid gun permit. Smart Bullet reserves the right to verify the Customer's identification and legal right to purchase the Products, including checking the Customer's background with third parties if necessary.

 

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Smart Bullet online store (hereinafter "Store"). By using the Store, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Goods

​

All Goods in the Smart Bullet online store are custom-made based on the Customer’s request and are available only on pre-order terms.

The images of the Products are for illustrative purposes only and may not always show the complete product set (e.g., box, all parts of the set, etc.).

The Customer should always refer to the information provided in the product description.

 

3. Prices

​

The prices of items sold in the Smart Bullet online store are in Euros, and include shipping costs and 24 % VAT.

In the event of a pricing error (technical error, employee mistake, or other circumstances), if the price of the Products is unreasonably low compared to the regular price, and there is no indication that this is due to a discount or promotion, Smart Bullet reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

The online store prices may differ from retail prices.

 

4. Orders & Payments

When placing an order, the Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information.  A representative from Smart Bullet will contact the Customer within two working days to verify that they meet all legal requirements to purchase the Products and to confirm the order details. Once the verification is complete, a prepayment invoice will be issued to the Customer. To confirm an order, the Customer must pay based on the issued invoice. The Goods will be produced and shipped within a reasonable time but no longer than 60 working days after payment is received.

 

5. Delivery

Free shipping applies to orders within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Delivery method will be agreed upon separately.

For deliveries outside Baltic countries, please send a request for further arrangements.

 

6. Returns and Exchanges

​

As all Goods are custom-made according to the Customer’s specifications, returns and exchanges are not possible. Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases where the delivered product is defective or incorrect due to Smart Bullet's error.

 

7. Liability and Warranties

​

Smart Bullet is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Products, except as provided by law. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Products are used in compliance with local laws and regulations.

 

The warranty applies for the following Products:

 

Phantom Core Silencers: 5 years

Phantom Pro Silencers: 10 years

Phantom Elite: Lifetime 

 

For warranty claims, the Customer should contact Smart Bullet and provide the following information: contact details, the serial number of the silencer, a description of the problem, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos or videos).

 

8. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Smart Bullet, its employees, directors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: the Customer's use or misuse of the Products; violation of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer; any breach of applicable laws or regulations governing the purchase, use, possession, or transportation of the Products by the Customer; or infringement of any third-party rights.

This indemnification applies even if such claims, liabilities, or damages arise after the transfer of ownership of the Products to the Customer.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

​

We collect and process only the personal data necessary to fulfill orders and provide our services. All personal data is handled with strict confidentiality and is protected according to applicable data protection regulations.

We do not share personal information with third parties, except where required for processing orders (e.g., shipping companies, payment providers) or as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

​

All content on the Smart Bullet website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. Use of this content without prior written permission from Smart Bullet is strictly prohibited.

 

11. Force Majeure

​

Smart Bullet is not liable for any damage or delay in the delivery of Products caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), which Smart Bullet could not reasonably foresee or prevent.

 

12. Other Conditions

​

Smart Bullet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once they are published on the website.

For Customers who placed their orders before the updated Terms came into effect, the Terms applicable at the time of the order will apply unless otherwise stipulated by law.

 

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
